Back to the Books
After FOUR snow days, my kids are off to school today. In some ways, going today is almost pointless since they will be off Monday as well. However, I am glad to have the opportunity to go to the grocery store alone and to clean up the mess that has accumulated over the past four days.
The kids didn't really want to go back to school, but I know they will enjoy the interaction with their friends. By day number four, we were all getting a little stir crazy. It's funny how we have plenty to keep us busy during the summer, but we struggle with multiple days off in January. I guess temperatures in the 20's have something to do with that. It also throws us off our routine, and I am all about routine!

Wow, we ended up being out two days and that was enough for me. :-) now I'm ready for the rest of the snow to go away!
