My happy children woke to four inches of snow this morning. I am sure they will enjoy playing in it today. I am the loser mom that would prefer to watch from the window. I do not like being cold! We are expecting one more inch over tonight, so the kids will be home again tomorrow (and probably Wednesday as well). We're taking Uncle R and my nephew to the airport around noon today. We live pretty close to the interstate, so we shouldn't have problems. Since we normally get ice in our winter storms, having only snow makes the travel easier.

Perhaps I will venture out to take some pictures of the beautiful scene at some point. We'll see!
