Encouraging Words
My Best Girl can be a handful, but she is also my big encourager. Ever since I started running, she has been my number one fan. On Sunday morning during worship, she passed me this note:
Just in case you can't read kindergarten writing, the note says, "I know that you can run your race at Disney World." She knows I am working hard, and I am so thankful to have such a supportive cheerleader!

How sweet!
I'm so impressed you're going to do that race! Will you still do intervals during the race or just using that for training?
I might do another 5k this weekend but want to chicken out because I'm still taking walking breaks during my runs. :)
