Small Talk about Fashion
I am a low-maintenance female: I wear very little make-up, accessories, or fashionable clothing. I can usually be found in a plain shirt with capris in the summer or some kind of warm-up suit in the winter. I value comfort over fashion, for sure.
Somehow, I ended up with this...
I am certain that my Best Girl does not approve of my fashion sense.
This morning, she came in and asked, "Mom, do you know what accessories are?"
I answered yes, and she replied, "You really need some."

Oh how I love this-- and I can SO relate! My daughter is rifling through the dress-up box right now, in fact.
And, we happen to have that very same boa, although she won't wear it because it's "way too itchy!" :)
=D HAHA! I LOVE that! And I LOOOVE this picture of your best girl! That is awesome.
Thanks for the smile!
Ha! I have a feeling I'll have some similar conversations with Little in the years to come. Love the picture of BG!
Oh my gosh, so funny! You and I are definitely birds of a feather, I chose comfort over fashion every time. I bet you guys are going to have a blast when she's a preteen and teen, going clothes shopping together, LOL!
Oh, Lauren! This made me laugh out loud! Looks like you have your work cut out for you!!
That's fabulous!
