What's On My Nightstand?
It's time for the Nightstand carnival at 5 Minutes for Books. I am currently reading Jane Eyre for the Classics Bookclub (the Readable Classics version), and I am also reading Lucky, a wonderful baseball story for young boys.

Other books in my stack:

The Lost Summer of Louisa May Alcott
A Distant Melody
Once in a Blue Moon
I Am Nujood, Age 10 and Divorced (Read Jennifer's review HERE)
Fireworks Over Toccoa
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies
To Kill a Mockingbird

Happy Reading!

I plan to read 'Fireworks Over Toccoa' as well, it sounds like a good one doesn't it?

Enjoy spring and happy reading!

That's quite the mix of books in your stack! P&P&Z was good, very funny. I'm also reading Fireworks over Toccoa, can't wait to get my copy.

Oh, To Kill a Mockingbird is so awesome-- I should have put that one on my (very short) Classics list for this year!

I'm also looking forward to FOT, I keep checking my mailbox like crazy! :)

I loved both Jane Eyre and TKAM.

I can't quite bring myself to read P&P&Z. ;-)

I just saw A Distant Melody on someone else's list ans put it on my TBR list.

I had Pride and Prejudice with zombies on my stack, but took it back to the library without ever getting to it... I may have to bring that one back home next month. :-)

We've been reading Alcott's books here this year, I wasn't aware of the Lost Summer and will be looking for it, thanks for the heads up!
